Food Preparation Specialist

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store is a leader in hospitality and food service. We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team.
We offer competitive compensation, including a salary range of $35,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
About the RoleAs a Cook at Cracker Barrel, you will be responsible for preparing homestyle favorites using our recipes and methods of food preparation. This includes flipping pancakes, prepping fresh salads and desserts, and hand-rolling buttermilk biscuits.
- You will be an expert on our traditional, seasonal, and new menu items.
- You will champion the company's standards of quality, safety, cleanliness, and hospitality that our guests expect.
- You will exhibit teamwork with the back-of-house team, coworkers, and management.
To be successful in this role, you will need a pleasant, outgoing personality and a team attitude. You will also need the ability to handle multiple tasks at once and provide excellent customer service.
