DevOps Engineering Manager

We are an innovative technology company looking for a skilled DevOps engineering manager to lead our efforts in delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions. As an Automated Delivery Architect, you will oversee the development and implementation of automated delivery processes and CI/CD platforms.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and extensive experience in automation, architecture, and development. They should be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and drive results-oriented projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement automated delivery processes and CI/CD platforms
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues and inefficiencies in delivery workflows
- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related discipline or any combination of equivalent relevant education, training, and experience
- 7+ years of professional experience as a software engineer, preferably in a leadership role
- Proven track record of successful project delivery and team management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code technologies (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Knowledge of containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with Jenkins and GitHub Actions
Salary Range: $150,000 - $220,000 per year
Location: Flexible remote work options available
