Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Screen visitors and manage incoming and outgoing packages
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, mail, package distribution, photocopying, and faxing
  • Provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks
  • Direct visitors and deliveries
  • Ensure reception and office supplies are tidy and organized
Requirements:
  • Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (Minimum 20lbs)
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Hospitality experience is a plus
Work Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30AM - 2:30PM

Tuesday and Thursday: 12PM - 5PM

Ability to commute to Plainfield, NJ 07090

Pay: From $18.00 per hour depending on experience
