Position Title: Plant Maintenance Worker

FLSA Status: Non-exempt


Summary: Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery, equipment, physical structures, and electrical systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct visual inspections and tests on machinery and equipment.
  • Identify unusual sounds from machines to diagnose issues and collaborate with supervisors or other maintenance personnel.
  • Dismantle malfunctioning machines and install new or repaired components.
  • Perform cleaning and lubrication of machinery parts.
  • Schedule maintenance to avoid disruption of production timelines.
  • Coordinate timely repairs to support production schedules.
  • Install and repair electrical systems, including transformers and wiring.
  • Assemble, install, and maintain piping systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
  • Repair and maintain the physical structure of the facility.
  • May perform non-maintenance tasks on a temporary basis.
