Lead Systems Engineer Signal Processing

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Systems Engineer Signal Processing to join our team at Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems. As a key member of our Integrated Warfare System and Solutions (IWSS) team, you will be responsible for leading the development of advanced radar systems and electronic warfare technology.
Key Responsibilities- Define concepts for new features consistent with current Common Scalable Signal Processor (CSSP) requirements and architecture.
- Coordinate with program SEITs to ensure consistency and commonality of requirements across programs.
- Act as technical consultant between program SEITs and the Radar Operations Systems Engineering (ROSE) team.
- Develop ROSE kickoff packages demonstrating impact and design of new feature into the CSSP architecture.
- Provide technical guidance to ROSE System Engineers during development of the new feature into the SE artifacts.
- Support reviews of SE artifacts to ensure completeness and correctness of feature design, and quality of SE artifacts.
