About the Role

Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking a skilled Anesthesiology Specialist to join our team. As a CRNA or AA, you will provide anesthesia care to cancer patients under the direct supervision of physician anesthesiologists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preoperative anesthetic evaluations and collaborate with anesthesiologists to formulate and implement anesthetic plans.
  • Administer regional, spinal, and general anesthesia as per American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) guidelines.
  • Recognize and treat cardiac arrhythmias and initiate emergency resuscitation measures as needed.
  • Document patient information, including anesthetic records and billing details.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Training and experience consistent with an American Association of Nurse Anesthetists or Academy of Anesthesiologist Assistants approved program.
  • Active BLS and ACLS certifications.
