Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychotherapy and behavioral management sessions to support patients in achieving their mental health goals.
  • Perform neurocognitive testing and provide in-service education to facility staff to enhance their understanding of behavioral health.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement effective treatment plans that address the complex needs of our patients.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient notes in our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
Requirements
  • Ph.D., PsyD, or equivalent doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology from an accredited university.
  • Significant experience in treating adult and/or elderly patient populations, with a strong focus on behavioral health.
  • Ability to work effectively in a secure computer environment using Internet-based electronic applications.
  • Experience working with patients with severe persistent mental illness is highly preferred.
