Spanish Speaking Clinician- Early Childhood Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Spanish-speaking clinician to join our team as an Early Childhood Clinician. This role will involve providing intensive, home-based prevention and intervention services to young children and their families using trauma-informed, relationally based parent-child psychotherapy and other evidence-based modalities.
Key Responsibilities- Provides home-based integrated prevention and intervention services to young children and their families using trauma-informed, relationally based parent-child psychotherapy and other evidence-based modalities.
- Maintains knowledge of early childhood development, disability, emotional/behavioral health, parent-child relationships, and attachment theory.
- Conducts program-specific screening and evaluation, and formulates diagnoses in accordance with the Diagnostic Statistical Manual (DSM).
- Develops and documents clear, clinical formulations and treatment plans that are individualized and measurable, and developed in collaboration with the client/family, and others as relevant.
- Triages clinical emergencies and implements program-specific safety and consultation protocols.
- Works in partnership with the Early Childhood Parent Educator/Care Coordinator to develop family-driven service and treatment plans.
- Maintains all appropriate documentation and data systems relating to service delivery for clinical accountability.
- Participates in community collaborative meetings, conferences, and trainings when appropriate.
- Communicates in a positive, effective manner with all clinical and administrative service providers and seeks consultation from others when appropriate.
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or a related license-eligible field.
- 3 years of experience working in a therapeutic capacity with young children, including ages birth to five, and their families.
- Ability to speak fluently in both English and Spanish.
- Licensure requirements for clinical positions include LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMFTA, LPC, LPCA, or licensed or license-eligible psychologist.
