Key Responsibilities...
  • Oversee, assess, and mentor field project team members.
  • Strategically plan, organize, and direct the execution of contracted work.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and various trades.
  • Coordinate production efforts and participate in meetings with other trades and the general contractor to address and resolve conflicts while ensuring outstanding customer service.
  • Guarantee that all installations comply with quality and mechanical code standards.
  • Manage the material and personnel resources necessary to adhere to project schedules.
  • Follow Power Design's standards for quality, safety, and best practices.
Qualifications We Seek...
  • Preferred OSHA 30 certification.
  • Proven field supervisor with a minimum of 10 years of experience managing teams and overseeing multimillion-dollar construction projects.
  • Experience in multi-family residential and commercial projects is preferred.
  • An active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license is preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of the National Building Code, local regulations, and construction safety standards.
  • Familiarity with various construction project management and technology tools such as Bluebeam, BIM 360, Fieldwire, Procore, OpenSpace, and CrewConnect is preferred.
