Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to create innovative solutions for utility and renewable energy initiatives.
  • Design, implement, and sustain engineering systems and methodologies.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to facilitate project development and execution.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to colleagues.
  • Oversee engineering projects to ensure timely delivery.
  • Identify and define customer needs and specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to innovate and apply new system processes.
  • Perform quality assessments and performance evaluations on both new and existing systems.
  • Analyze requirements for new equipment, estimate costs, and assist in budget preparation.
  • Monitor maintenance and inspection schedules.
Education & Experience Requirements:

The following qualifications serve as guidelines. Actual requirements may differ based on the specific role.

Associate Engineer:
0-2 years of experience; degree in engineering or a related field.

Intermediate Engineer:
2-5 years of experience; degree in engineering or a related field.

Senior Engineer:
BS required; 5+ years of relevant industry experience.

Lead Engineer:
BS required, with preference for candidates holding advanced degrees or certifications; 7+ years of relevant industry experience.

Principal Engineer:
BS required, with preference for candidates holding advanced degrees or certifications; 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
