Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Medical Director to join our team in the County of Santa Barbara. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to our patients and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Care: Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of illnesses.
  • Leadership: Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to ensure effective delivery of patient services.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless coordination of care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A valid Physician & Surgeon license from the Medical Board of California or equivalent experience.
  • Board Certification or eligibility in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Pediatrics, or other specialty consistent with assignment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
