Clinical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at Santa Maria Terrace. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the well-being of our residents by administering prescribed medications and treatments, observing and documenting any effects, and communicating concerns with the Wellness Director.
The successful candidate will also support residents with daily living activities, encourage independence, and preserve dignity through professional conduct.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments to residents.
- Observe and document any effects of medication administration.
- Communicate concerns with the Wellness Director.
- Support residents with daily living activities.
- Encourage independence and preserve dignity through professional conduct.
Requirements:
- Successful completion of medication assistance training.
- Maintains up-to-date medication certification requirements.
- Compassionate and empathetic in personal interactions.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Self-supervising and willing to collaborate as a team member.
- Adaptable and flexible with ability to manage multiple demands.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior direct care experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Current CPR certification preferred.
