Overview
Pacific Central Coast Health Centers, a service of CommonSpirit Health, is seeking an accomplished Orthopedic Surgeon to join Marian Regional Medical Center in Santa Maria, CA. This opportunity offers the chance to collaborate with an experienced surgical team, supported by midlevel providers, to deliver exceptional care to the community's growing population.

Marian Regional Medical Center is a Level II Trauma Center, providing comprehensive care to over 1500 trauma patients annually alongside its emergency department, which sees around 65,000 patients annually. Our state-of-the-art Level II Trauma Center features 24-hour emergency medicine physician coverage and access to trauma surgeons.

Dignity Health's Pacific Central Coast Health Centers (PHC) is a non-profit community clinic organization that provides a wide range of primary and specialty care services. With nearly 50 health centers located primarily from Templeton to Lompoc but also serving the Bakersfield and Ventura communities, PHC is dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare to all patients. As part of Dignity Health Central Coast's award-winning network, PHC is supported by premier acute care facilities, ambulatory surgery centers, technologically advanced imaging centers, and outpatient and home health services.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring quality patient care services and guiding and coordinating systems functions and activities of the clinic.

Required qualifications include:
- CA Medical license
- Completion of an accredited Orthopedic Residency program
- Completion of an accredited Orthopedic fellowship
- Board certification/eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery

The estimated salary for this role is $220,820 - $338,290 per year, depending on experience.
