Job Summary

Fleet Response is seeking a highly skilled Content Restoration Specialist to join our team. As a Content Restoration Specialist, you will be responsible for providing on-site restorative services to customers, assisting with damages as a result of emergency situations such as storms, fire, smoke, water, and mold.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide On-Site Restorative Services: Assist customers with damages resulting from emergency situations, such as storms, fire, smoke, water, and mold.
  • Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Meet time constraints for project deadlines while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Process Client Contents: Record restorable and non-restorable items, securely pack and unpack client property, and ensure items are returned to the customer or disposed of as directed by the Manager.
  • Communicate Job Site Conditions: Inform the Manager of job site conditions and concerns that may affect project completion.
  • Maintain Clean Job Site: Pick up tools and equipment, secure the job site each day, and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Ensure Health and Safety Policies: Follow all Health and Safety policies and procedures to provide a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in construction, remediation, or a related industry.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work with a team or independently.
  • Dynamic Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer and tablet skills.
  • On-Call: Willingness to work on call and receive premium pay for call-outs.
  • Tools: Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license.
  • Background Check: Successfully complete a background check.
Physical Requirements:
  • Standing and Walking: Sustained periods of standing, walking, sitting, bending, kneeling, or climbing.
  • Lifting: Frequent lifting of 5-40 pounds, unassisted.
  • Space Confinement: Occasional space confinement, limiting mobility.
