We are a leading provider in emergency response and restoration services, specializing in fire, water, and mold remediation. Our commitment to excellence has established us as a trusted name in the industry, with a proven track record of restoring countless properties affected by unforeseen disasters.
As a Contents Technician, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients during their most challenging times. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering on-site restorative services to clients impacted by emergencies such as floods, fires, and mold infestations.
- Providing exceptional customer service while adhering to project timelines.
- Managing the processing of clients' belongings, which involves documenting items that can be restored or need to be discarded, securely packing and unpacking personal property, and ensuring proper return or disposal as instructed.
- Communicating effectively about job site conditions and any issues that may affect project completion.
- Maintaining a clean and organized job site, ensuring all tools and equipment are secured at the end of each day.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is preferred.
- Able to work collaboratively or independently as needed.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Basic proficiency with computers and tablets.
- Willingness to be on-call, with premium pay for call-outs.
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Must successfully pass a background check.
Salary: $19.00 per hour plus overtime.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, kneel, or climb for extended periods.
- Frequent lifting of items weighing between 5-40 pounds without assistance.
- Occasional work in confined spaces that may limit mobility.
