Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at IVI America. This individual will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor regulations, managing processes, and supporting leaders in clinical and management practices.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience in HR, preferably as an Employee Relations Specialist. Knowledge of Federal and State employment laws is essential, along with the ability to interpret and implement policies and procedures.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risk areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies
  • Support leaders in clinical and management practices
  • Identify and recommend solutions to HR-related opportunities
  • Prepare legal-labor procedures and coordinate with external offices
  • Conduct workplace investigations and assist managers with performance management
