The Operations Leader is tasked with:

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED; some college education is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience in food service, retail, or restaurant environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to quickly adapt to new software systems.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess profit and loss statements and overall financial health of the restaurant.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on interpersonal relations and conflict resolution.
  • A passion for hospitality and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
Work Environment

This position requires:

  • The ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Regular standing and walking for extended periods, up to ten hours a day.
  • A flexible schedule, including the willingness to work 50-60 hours per week, encompassing mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
