National Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Director to lead our sales team at BlueScope. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to drive business growth, develop sales strategies, and build strong relationships with customers.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing high-performing teams, and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sustainable financial results
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve business unit objectives and profitability goals
- Maintain and grow customer accounts through effective relationship building and communication
- Provide accurate assessments of market trends, pricing, and competitors to inform business decisions
- A minimum of 5 years of related work experience or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of the steel and coil coating industries
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, life insurance, short and long-term disability, paid time off, and retirement planning.
