Overview
West River Health Campus is a leading provider of senior living services, committed to delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to join our team as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON).

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the highest quality of care is maintained across our health campus. You will work closely with our Director of Health Services to develop and implement clinical staffing models, coordinate nursing and ancillary services, and participate in quality assurance programs.

We offer a competitive salary of $115,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits that include:

Responsibilities
As an ADON at West River Health Campus, your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Director of Health Services in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Service Department
• Coordinating clinical staff and participating in quality assurance programs
• Preparing for facility inspections and accreditation programs
• Performing administrative duties, including completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current RN license
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus
