Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient intake, including greeting and checking in patients, verifying and updating patient demographics
  • Assisting patients with filling out consent forms
  • Receiving and processing cash and credit card payments for medical services rendered
  • Initiating calls, pages, and triage phone calls
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Professional manner and appearance
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of medical terms and practices
Work Environment

This is a full-time position, working onsite at our Ithaca, NY location.

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this position is $19.50 to $23.00 per hour.
