- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain adequate supplies of frosting, cakes, and other ingredients to meet production demands.
- Quality Control: Evaluate cakes to ensure they meet our high standards and report any quality control issues to management.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and company policies.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a bakery or food service environment preferred.
- Skills: Attention to detail, precision, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift moderate to heavy weights (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
