About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Brightline. As a key member of our community-based therapy program, you will work with children and teens ages 0 to 17 years and their caregivers, using evidence-based approaches such as CBT and parent-management training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support children and teens in achieving their goals through individualized care plans
  • Coordinate care with primary care providers, schools, and other relevant parties
  • Complete thorough clinical documentation and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in required trainings and stay up-to-date with Brightline's standards of care

Requirements:

  • Licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD)
  • At least 3 years of experience practicing independently (without supervision)
  • Expertise in delivering evidence-based interventions for children and families
  • Experience providing 1:1 care in a telehealth/video setting

The estimated hourly salary for this position is $58-$68 per hour, based on factors such as licensure, experience, and location. This payment structure ensures compensation for essential administrative tasks, in addition to quality care provision.
