Senior Director, Corporate Operational Risk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director to lead our Risk and Control Assessment (RCSA) program as the Global Head. This role will be responsible for defining requirements and best practices for the assessment, monitoring, and reporting of operational risk across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive RCSA program, including policy, tooling, and reporting.
- Lead and manage a global team of risk professionals to ensure program milestones are met under tight deadlines and competing priorities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across all lines of defense to drive outputs from the assessment and create efficiencies and risk management insights.
- Enhance the second line of defense's ability to monitor business line's adherence to the RCSA Policy.
- Increase connectivity to other risk and control-related assessments performed by the firm.
- 10-15 years of prior work experience in a global, financial, or professional services firm.
- Prior operational risk experience, preferably in a first or second line of defense role, with RCSA experience strongly preferred.
- Global program management experience required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with colleagues across all lines of defense.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to learn and assimilate new information quickly.
- Bachelor's degree with a focus in business, finance, or a related discipline, or relevant industry qualifications.
