Chief Director of Risk Management Supervision

University of Washington seeks a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Chief Director of Risk Management Supervision. This position offers an exciting opportunity to promote global engagement through innovative program building and collaboration with academic units across campus.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate general administrative activities necessary to the unit's day-to-day operations.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, supervise, and conduct performance evaluations for classified and temporary staff as well as student assistants and interns.
- Create business processes to scale up workshops, microcredentials, and executive education.
- Execute a process to comply with UW records management directives.
- Provide regular financial reporting to the AVC and the Vice Chancellor of Finance.
- Interpret and integrate Federal, State, and industry laws or policies on corporate compliance.
- Implement security protocols related to IT equipment and communication.
- Bachelor's degree in global studies or related field.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience within an academic or business unit related to administration, budget management, and project coordination.
- Practical experience in human-centered design, student recruitment, and community engagement.
- Experience with honors programs and international initiatives.
