Job Summary

We are seeking a Part-time Nabisco Merchandiser to join our team at Mondelz International. As a merchandiser, you will be responsible for communicating with customers, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays to ensure our products are well-represented and easily accessible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Mondelz International in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.
  • Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores and ensure Nabisco leading brands are well-represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelz' guidelines.
  • Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service and enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
  • Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelz International in store.
Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
  • Have a positive and professional attitude, be self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
  • Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
