At Adams Homes, we're committed to providing quality, affordable homes to our customers. As a Residential Construction Superintendent, you'll play a critical role in ensuring high-quality service by overseeing the construction process and performing various duties.

  • Manage the construction process of new homes, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and meeting the highest quality standards.
  • Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring work is completed according to the construction schedule and meets quality and safety requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with trade partners, suppliers, building officials, homeowners, and other Adams Homes team members.
  • Show attention to detail and organizational skills, following the construction scheduling process proficiently.
  • Demonstrate a friendly attitude and persistent work ethic, visiting job sites daily to inspect quality, monitor schedules, and provide necessary guidance.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership skills, managing subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, communicating with customers, subcontractors, and team members effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction industry standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
