Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Building Engineer to join our team at FM & HVAC Recruitment Inc. as a key member of our facilities management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a proactive and reactive maintenance service to ensure all mechanical and HVAC equipment is running to optimum performance.
- Carry out multi-skilled maintenance engineer services, covering electrical and mechanical disciplines.
- Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Take ownership of tools and equipment provided and ensure they are maintained to an appropriate standard.
- Collaborate with clients and management to ensure all key performance indicators are met.
- Carry out modifications and installations as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience working in a HVAC role.
- A recognized qualification in HVAC.
- 06a License or 06 license.
- Ability to be flexible and carry out duties that may not be specific to your trade.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Client-facing experience is highly desirable.
