Job Description

As a Rehabilitation Expert at Lifepoint Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year

Your Responsibilities
  1. Develop personalized treatment plans to meet each patient's unique needs
  2. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care
  3. Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and other team members
  4. Instruct patient's family or nursing staff in follow-through programs
  5. Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in the state where services are rendered
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
