Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team at FCS, Inc. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide professional social work services to patients and families, delivering direct counseling and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to develop effective care plans
  • Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to patients and families
  • Coordinate services with clinic and community resources to ensure seamless care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in social work

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social work
  • Current Indiana social work license
  • Minimum of two years' experience in social work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
