**Body Shop Leadership Specialist**
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Body Shop Leadership Specialist to join our team at TASCA AUTOMOTIVE GROUP, Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of technicians and support personnel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
About You- You have 3-5 years of experience in automotive body repair with prior management or supervisory experience.
- You hold an I-Car certification or other relevant credentials.
- An associate's degree or coursework in automotive technology or business management is a plus.
- Lead and manage a team of technicians and support personnel, providing coaching, performance management, and creating a positive work environment.
- Ensure quality control by conducting regular inspections and implementing processes to meet industry standards.
- Prepare and present reports on shop performance metrics, including repair completion rates, financial performance, and customer feedback.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers for parts and equipment.
- Oversee daily body shop operations, including repair scheduling, technician assignments, and workflow management.
The estimated salary for this role is $58,000 - $78,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
$68,000 per year (estimated), based on 40 hours/week, 52 weeks/year.
