Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee all body shop operations, including repair scheduling, technician assignments, and workflow management.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing repair questions, estimates, and ensuring customer satisfaction in line with Tasca's standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on completed repairs, ensuring they meet industry standards and Tasca's high-quality benchmarks.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and mentor body shop staff, including technicians and support personnel. Conduct performance evaluations and promote a positive team environment.
  • Inventory and Supplies Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor supplies, and coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries.
  • Safety and Compliance: Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the budget for the body shop, track expenses, control costs, and aim to meet or exceed financial targets.
  • Vendor Coordination: Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers for parts and equipment.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare and present reports on shop performance metrics, including repair completion rates, financial performance, and customer feedback.
