Job Summary

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our Level II NICU team in Midland, Texas. As a key member of our neonatal care team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our neonatologists to deliver high-quality services to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive neonatal care to patients in our Level II NICU, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of neonatal conditions.
  • Collaborate with our neonatologists to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients and document findings in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Develop and implement educational programs for patients and families to promote healthy outcomes and disease prevention.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Current APRN national specialty certification in neonatal nursing.
  • Minimum of a master's degree in nursing or a related field.
