About the Role

Intradiem, a leading technology company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join its Legal Team. This role will support the Business Enablement Team and report directly to the Director of Contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate contract approvals, signatures, and filings, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Contribute to and track short and long-term projects, prioritizing tasks to meet business needs.
  • Maintain internal legal and business-facing resources, including trainings, FAQs, and documentation.
  • Effectively utilize and manage software, systems, and tools leveraged by the business.
  • Provide general administrative support, including calendaring meetings and assisting with presentations.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Paralegal or 4+ years in a Contracts Administration role.
  • Desire to learn and expand within the role.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to independently conduct legal research and review standard form agreements.
  • Possess superior attention to detail and excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Paralegal Certification (preferred) or an equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
  • Sharepoint, Excel, and Salesforce experience.
