Responsibilities
Deliver specialized nursing care to patients in medical-surgical and telemetry units, assessing their conditions and coordinating treatment plans.
Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide patient education to promote recovery and self-care management.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
Requirements
Current RN license
BLS (Other Certifications as required by facility)
Two years of recent Medical Surgical / Telemetry RN experience
Strong communication and adaptability skills.
