Position Overview

This role involves collaborating with clients, architects, and engineering teams to develop comprehensive designs for diverse facilities, including Critical Infrastructure, Corporate Spaces, Entertainment Venues, Healthcare Institutions, and Educational Establishments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in the engineering of systems across multiple projects, ensuring effective collaboration with clients and design teams.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives by participating in proposal creation and attending industry networking functions.
  • Conduct system calculations, design specifications, and consulting for large-scale projects.
  • Generate detailed plans, schematics, and specifications, while overseeing construction administration and field investigations.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project objectives.
  • Participate in quality assurance processes to uphold high standards in project deliverables.
  • Assist in project scheduling, staffing, and budget management to ensure successful project execution.
  • Coordinate with various disciplines and maintain close collaboration with the entire design team.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in system design across various facility types.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with security systems and AV equipment is advantageous.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and/or REVIT is preferred.
  • Certifications such as CTS, RCDD, PE, or PSP are highly regarded.
