Compensation & Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is between $62,000 and $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Our total rewards package includes a 401(k) match, healthcare coverage, paid time off, PTO cash out, family resources, EAP counseling sessions, access Headspace, backup child and elder care, maternity/paternity leave, pet insurance, and more.
About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Medical Care Specialist to join our team in treating patients with renal disease. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
In this position, you will:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans;
- Provide compassionate care and support to patients and their families;
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care;
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and outcomes.
Requirements
To qualify for this role, you must have:
- An Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited school of nursing;
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (R.N.);
- One year of experience in nephrology or dialysis; or relevant education and training.
