Collaborating with a skilled healthcare team, the Inpatient Occupational Therapist will aid these patients in preparing for life post-injury or illness.

The role involves overseeing all Occupational Therapy exercises, conducting patient evaluations, devising treatment plans, and implementing innovative activities. The Inpatient Occupational Therapist will encourage patient and staff engagement during instruction reviews, facilitating patients' journey towards self-reliance and effective daily task completion. Tailoring treatment plans according to individual cognitive and physical abilities, the experienced Occupational Therapist will document progress and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Advocating for patients, they will ensure access to essential resources for safe hospital discharge.

The estimated salary for this position is $95,000 annually, inclusive of a comprehensive benefits package encompassing 401k, PTO, Health, Dental, Tuition Reimbursement, and Career Development Opportunities.
