Position Overview

We're seeking warm-hearted and motivated caregivers in Laguna Woods. If you love helping others and want a rewarding job, this might be the perfect fit. We offer flexible schedules, including part-time and full-time hours, with a focus on daytime availability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist seniors with personal care tasks, ensuring their dignity and comfort.
  • Engage clients in activities that keep their spirits high and minds active.
  • Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and keeping the home tidy.
  • Monitor clients' health and behavior, and communicate any changes to the team.
  • Support with medications and offer mobility assistance.
Requirements
  • You're at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • No experience? No problem We're happy to train the right person.
  • You have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • You're ready for background checks and drug screenings.
  • You're physically able to assist with lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • You have a heart full of empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
