Responsibilities:
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to the client
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care assistance
  • Monitor the client's physical and mental well-being
  • Provide mobility assistance and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients

Requirements:
  • HCA registration (Home Care Aid)
  • Live Scan (Criminal Background Check)
  • TB Test (Tuberculosis Test) or Chest X-RAY
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in caregiving or a related field
  • Legally permitted to work in the US
  • Reliable, dependable, compassionate, and friendly
  • Licensed driver with reliable transportation preferred

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in caregiving, home care, or related fields is preferred
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with individuals in need
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to listen actively
  • Capability to handle responsibilities efficiently and effectively
  • Knowledge of memory impairment
