We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in Santa Fe, New Mexico. As an outpatient Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans, promoting independence and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and goals
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
