Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Medical Provider to join our team at our Santa Fe offices. As a Medical Provider, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to individuals struggling with addiction, under the supervision of our Chief Medical Officer.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform medical assessments and prescribe medications as needed
- Collaborate with nursing and medical technician staff to facilitate admission, treatment, and successful discharge of patients with co-occurring substance use disorders
- Coordinate care across agency programs and referrals for needed services
Requirements:
- A State of New Mexico licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification
- Possesses current DEA and NM-CSR licenses
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with co-occurring disorders, preferred
- Fluency in speaking and writing in Spanish is preferred
