Position Summary
The Reception Coordinator will serve as the initial point of contact for clients at our Behavior Care clinic. Responsibilities include welcoming visitors, managing appointment schedules, and addressing inquiries via phone. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly demeanor, strong communication abilities, and proficient multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients upon their arrival at the clinic
- Manage incoming calls and coordinate appointment bookings
- Assist in translating during counseling sessions
- Provide exceptional customer service and support clients throughout their visits
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English
- Prior experience in a receptionist role is advantageous
- Outstanding communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Familiarity with computer systems and scheduling software
- Excellent multitasking capabilities
