Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality services to refugee and immigrant individuals, including skill enhancement, case coordination, advocacy, and linking to necessary resources.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals, and develop personalized plans to support their success.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and maximize impact.
- Conduct home visits, phone calls, and in-person meetings with clients, as needed, to provide support and guidance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and organizations to enhance service delivery and expand resources.
- Bachelor's degree in health and human services or a related field, plus 1 year of full-time relevant experience in the field.
- Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and work experience, such as an Associate's degree with 3 years of experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 5 years of related work history.
