About the Role:

We're seeking a Product Manager to join our Seller Experience - Regulatory team. As an end-to-end Regulatory PM, you'll define and develop user experiences, backend workflows, and operational processes to ensure eBay's compliance with various regulations worldwide.

This role requires exceptional communication skills, collaboration, and a passion for user experience. Our team values center around collaboration, urgency, integrity, and fun.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and evangelize the Product Strategy & Vision for the Regulatory Initiative, aligning with eBay's corporate strategy and delivering tangible outcomes for customers and the business.
  • Define and develop exceptional user experiences and internal workflows to support specific regulations in the Regulatory Initiative, ensuring minimal friction for eBay, buyers, and sellers.
  • Demonstrate a relentless focus on customer feedback and product metrics, incorporating these inputs into the product lifecycle and leveraging partnerships with design, research, and analytics.
  • Build personal connections and processes across teams to drive efficient cross-team collaboration, strong alignment, and clear communications.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, building customer-facing digital products, preferably with online marketplaces and eCommerce platforms.
  • Technical knowledge and proven experience with building engaging, customer-focused end-to-end user experiences, using qualitative and quantitative data and metrics.
  • Experience managing multiple sophisticated, multi-phase strategic products in parallel, with the ability to manage matrixed teams in a global context.
  • Exceptional financial and analytical abilities, with a successful track record of launching products with measurable impact on a global scale.
  • Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle, from planning through deployment, with experience using test and validation frameworks.
  • Passionate about optimizing the user experience for new and existing UX's, with experience working with design, research, and analytics tools.
  • Strong, concise communicator and effective storyteller, with experience using analytics and qualitative research to express the vision and strategy of the product.

The pay range for this position in California, Washington, or New York is expected to be between $135,200 and $205,700. Base pay may vary depending on individual factors, and the total compensation package may include a target bonus and restricted stock units, in addition to a full range of benefits.
