Job Responsibilities- Data entry of new hires, terminations, and other personnel actions.
- Verification of change requests and documents.
- Compilation of data from personnel records.
- Communication of messages to HR Management.
- Update of employee files.
- Distribution of department's mail.
- Collaboration with all levels of management and employees.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- 3-6 months of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
