The Role: Mobile Crisis Response Clinician

As a Mobile Crisis Response Clinician, you will be part of our on-call crisis team, providing assessments in the community. These assessments can occur in homes, schools, and other environments to address behavioral health crises where they occur. You will develop safety plans and interventions based on client goals, needs, and resources. Our team is a trusted and relied upon resource in the community, working collaboratively to provide effective support.

You will be able to adapt quickly, maintain a laser-like focus on goals, and remain flexible in a changing environment. Your rock-solid personality will provide strength, support, and guidance for those in need, and helping others is your greatest strength.

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with a Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field. A minimum of one year of experience in a mental health treatment environment is required, along with experience providing mental health risk assessments and evaluations. You must be able to exercise independent judgment and use discretion in the performance of assigned duties. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to utilize technology provided to perform the requirements of the job. A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle liability coverage are also required.
