Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at JAG, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, utilizing your expertise to develop and implement effective treatment plans that promote optimal recovery and functional independence.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and developing personalized treatment plans to address specific needs.
- Implement and execute treatment plans, utilizing a range of techniques and modalities to promote patient progress and achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Provide education and training to patients and their support systems, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery and rehabilitation.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, adhering to departmental guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, with a Doctorate degree preferred.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
- Completed continuing education requirements in the state of practice (NY, NJ).
- Valid CPR certification.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) software, with a preference for those with experience in a similar setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
