Academic Physiatrist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at JAG, you will be responsible for assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses, developing and implementing effective treatment plans, and providing high-quality patient care.

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments to identify treatment needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual therapy
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and practice management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
