We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at JAG, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, utilizing your expertise to develop and implement effective treatment plans that promote optimal recovery and functional independence.

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and developing personalized treatment plans to address specific needs.
• Implement and execute treatment plans, utilizing a range of techniques and modalities to promote patient progress and achieve desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal outcomes.
• Provide education and training to patients and their support systems, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery and rehabilitation.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, adhering to departmental guidelines and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate degree preferred.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Completed state-regulated CEU requirements in the state of practice (NY, NJ).
• Valid CPR certification.
• Experience with EMR software preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Strong clinical decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex patient data and develop effective treatment plans.
