Position Summary: The Accounts Payable and Receivable Admin is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of all financial transactions related to vendor payments and customer invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify the accuracy of all invoices prior to posting them to the general ledger for payment.

  • Reconcile vendor statements and address any discrepancies that arise.
  • Conduct intercompany reconciliations, including receiving and collecting payments.
  • Engage with customers regarding overdue invoices.
  • Collect and accurately post customer payments to the general ledger.
  • Reconcile and record daily deposits.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
