Position Summary: The Accounts Payable and Receivable Admin is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of all financial transactions related to vendor payments and customer invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify the accuracy of all invoices prior to posting them to the general ledger for payment.
- Collaborate with various departments, including parts and service, to ensure prompt submission of all invoices.
- Ensure timely and precise processing of vendor payments.
- Manage weekly and monthly invoices, including those for utilities and advertising.
- Reconcile vendor statements and address any discrepancies that arise.
- Conduct intercompany reconciliations, including receiving and collecting payments.
- Engage with customers regarding overdue invoices.
- Collect and accurately post customer payments to the general ledger.
- Reconcile and record daily deposits.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
